COPYRIGHT INFORMATION: The design &/or set-up charge on any project reflects only a portion of computer/ consultation time involved in the final design used for print --- partial charges to the client do not necessarily represent a copyright release to the company or person paying for the partial cost of design &/ or set-up. The copyright of all final design material is solely held by New Diamond Graphics, LLC unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Further, NEW DIAMOND GRAPHICS, LLC will not intentionally reproduce copyrighted material; customers will be required to sign a Copyright Release Form if there is a question about ownership of any material to be reproduced.

In a related issue, NEW DIAMOND GRAPHICS, LLC reserves the right to solicite business in their immediate physical sales & service territory area and/ or cyberspace without consideration of printing or graphics ordered by others for companies (current or potential) in the NEW DIAMOND GRAPHICS, LLC sales & service area territory, et al, explained above.
