AFTER CONTACTING US WITH YOUR ORDER:

• New customers (Welcome):  IF you would like to upload larger files to our FTP site please include with your email a request for a private user name and password. Only you and NDG, LLC - Printing Service will be able to see the files you transmit.

• Rather FTP:  AFTER emailing your request and you have received a private username & password; feel free to place your files for print on our FTP site --- select "FTP Upload" page. 

• Better service suggestion:  It is best to wait for an email confirmation of expected turn-around time, printing price quote--including shipping charges and applicable taxes, before placing the files on our FTP site. ALL email inquiries will be responded to within 24 hrs. or less.

In reference to regular or express mail delivery packages, no C.O.D(s) will be accepted at our Aberdeen location address (postage/or shipping  must be prepaid by the sender). Please remember to insure especially valuable items. Sorry we cannot be responsible for items we never received.
